All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude import duties and local taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Product images are representative; minor colour variations may occur due to manufacturing. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.
An order is an offer to purchase. We accept when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
We ship worldwide via Swiss Post with tracking. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Prices do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, or any other taxes levied by your country upon import. These costs are your sole responsibility. We cannot advise on the amount; please check your local regulations before ordering.
You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Contact hello@tecases.com before returning. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace or refund at our discretion, including return shipping.
All content on this site, including text, images, and the TEcases logo, is owned by TEcases or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, TEcases is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
